DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the attorney for the children to enlarge the record on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated March 16, 2018, to include the transcript of certain proceedings, and to extend the time to serve and file a brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the record is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time for the attorney for the children to serve and file a brief is granted, the attorney for the children's time to serve and file a brief is extended until March 25, 2019, and the attorney for the children's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that pursuant to § 670.3(b)(2) of the rules of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 670.3[b][2]), the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is extended until March 25, 2019, and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
