| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants, inter alia, in effect, for leave to reargue their prior motion for leave to serve and file late opposition to a motion by the respondent Duval H. Naughton, Jr., to dismiss an appeal from an interlocutory judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 25, 2012, for failure to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 5, 2018. The prior motion by the appellants and the prior motion by the respondent Duval H. Naughton, Jr., were determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 12, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the appellants' motion is denied.
