DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondent to disqualify the appellant's counsel on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered August 3, 2017. Separate motion by the appellant to extend the time to perfect the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the respondent's motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the appellant's motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the respondent's motion is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant's motion is granted, and the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until April 23, 2019.
