Motion by Samuel Popkoff for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from a decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 5, 2018, which determined his prior motion for leave to appeal to this Court from stated portions of a decision and order of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated June 29, 2018, which determined an appeal from a judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Richmond County, entered May 21, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
