Motion by the respondent for leave to reargue her prior motion to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated March 2, 2018, insofar as taken against her on the ground that it was untimely taken, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 31, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
