Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated April 5, 2018.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the order on application of this Court entitled "[i]n the Matter of Applications for Extensions of Time," dated February 19, 2019, is amended by deleting from the "Applicant Name" entry concerning the above-entitled matter the name "Luis A. Nunez," and substituting therefor the name "Village of Rockville Centre Police Department."
