ORDERED that the above-entitled appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Nassau County, First District, rendered September 13, 2016, is stricken from the appeals calendar and the general calendar on the ground that the appeal has not been properly perfected.

Under the circumstances presented on this appeal, to be properly settled, the record must include all the exhibits that were marked during the suppression hearing and trial, whether admitted into evidence or not.
