Motion by the intervenor petitioners, inter alia, in effect, to withdraw a proceeding pursuant to General Municipal Law article 17 to review a determination of the Town Board of Town of Monroe dated September 8, 2015, insofar as asserted by them.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, and upon the stipulation of the parties dated August 1, 2018, it is

ORDERED that the proceeding is deemed withdrawn, without costs or disbursements; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is denied as academic.
