An appeal having been taken from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about July 19, 2018, which denied and dismissed petitioner's application for a writ of habeus corpus, And an order of a Justice of this Court, entered on August 23, 2018, having granted petitioner an interim reduction in bail,And an order of this Court having been entered on

October 30, 2018 (M-4290) which, inter alia, vacated the aforesaid interim relief and reinstated the original bail set by a Judge of the Criminal Court, New York County, and the conditions thereto,And petitioner-appellant having moved for leave to reargue the decision and order of this Court, entered on October 30, 2018 (M-4290), and upon reargument, inter alia, reinstate the modification of bail set forth in the August 23, 2018 interim order, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied in all respects.
