It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is denied insofar as it seeks to dismiss the appeal as moot without prejudice and leave to renew any arguments in support of or in opposition to this aspect of the motion in the parties' briefs that remain outstanding and at oral argument, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion is granted insofar as it seeks an extension of time to file and serve a respondent's brief, on condition that the brief is filed and served on or before March 14, 2019, and the Clerk is directed to accept the brief for filing, and
