Motion by the appellant to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action under Queens County Index No. 703166/17, as well as proceedings in an action pending under Queens County Index No. 718730/18, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered January 8, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and all proceedings in the above-entitled action under Queens County Index No. 703166/17, as well as proceedings in an action pending under Queens County Index No. 718730/18, are stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
