Motion by the appellant, inter alia, for leave to reargue his prior motion pursuant to CPL 460.50 for a stay of execution of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered May 31, 2017, and to release the appellant on his own recognizance or to set bail, which was denied by me in a decision and order on motion dated June 13, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
