Motion by the appellant to extend the time to perfect an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered December 14, 2016, and for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to perfect the appeal is granted and the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is extended until April 1, 2019; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
