Motion by the appellant to extend the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, rendered March 24, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appellant's time to serve and file a brief is extended until March 26, 2019, and the appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is extended until April 25, 2019, and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
