No. 2018-4763) having been taken by defendant/third party plaintiff Freeman Expositions, Inc., sued herein as Freeman Decorating Co. doing business as Freeman Decorating Services, Inc., from a judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about October 11, 2018, Now, upon reading and filing the correspondence from the attorneys for plaintiff, dated November 27, 2018 and from the attorneys for defendant/third party plaintiff Freeman Expositions, Inc., sued herein as Freeman Decorating Co. doing business as Freeman Decorating Services, Inc., dated November 28, 2018, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the appeals are withdrawn in accordance with the aforesaid correspondence.
