Motion by the appellants to withdraw an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated December 8, 2016, and to impose a sanction upon the respondent.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to withdraw the appeal is granted and the appeal is deemed withdrawn, without costs or disbursements; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
