Motion by the appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(c) to vacate the dismissal of appeals from an order of Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated March 15, 2018, and two judgments of the same court entered March 22, 2018, which were deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a), to extend the time to perfect those appeals as well as an appeal from an order same court the dated November 30, 2017, and to consolidate the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
