ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 27, 2019, in the above-entitled case, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated April 17, 2018, is amended by deleting from the first decretal paragraph thereof the words "pages 5 through 5.3" and substituting therefor the words "pages 5.1 through 5.4."
