| ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE |
Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, both dated September 5, 2017, and a judgment of the same court dated June 7, 2018. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 18, 2018, the appellant was directed to serve and file a supplemental record containing the judgment and the notice of appeal from the judgment, on or before January 9, 2019. ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court, or her designee, is directed to serve a copy of this order to show cause upon the parties by regular mail.
