Motion by the attorney for the child to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated February 28, 2018, on the ground that the appeal has been rendered academic because the subject child has attained the age of 18.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
