ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 5, 2019, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraph thereof the words "County Court, Suffolk County" and substituting therefor the words "Supreme Court, Kings County."
