DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant on appeals from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Queens County, both rendered July 18, 2017, upon pleas of guilty, inter alia, to amend two decisions and orders on motion of this Court dated February 13, 2018, and December 6, 2018, respectively, which granted poor person relief and assigned counsel to prosecute the appeal from the judgment rendered under Indictment No. 1442/15, so as to also grant poor person relief and assignment of counsel with respect to the appeal from the judgment rendered under Indictment No. 2141/15.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the decisions and orders on motion of this Court dated February 13, 2018, and December 6, 2018, are amended to reflect that poor person relief and assignment of counsel are also granted with respect to the appeal from the judgment rendered under Indictment No. 2141/15, and the motion is otherwise denied.
