Motion by the appellant on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, both dated December 21, 2017, and an appeal from an order of the same court dated December 22, 2017, which was dismissed by decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 18, 2018, in effect, to recall and vacate so much of the decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 18, 2018, as dismissed the appeal from the order dated December 22, 2017, and to extend the time to perfect the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to perfect the appeals from the orders dated December 21, 2017, is granted, and the appellant's time to perfect those appeals is extended until April 8, 2019; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
