It is hereby ORDERED that the notice of appeal dated November 15, 2018, which inaccurately lists the indictment number as 02356-2017, shall be treated as valid as to the judgment of Supreme Court, Erie County, rendered November 8, 2018, for indictment number 2016-2356 pursuant to CPL 460.10 (6), and
It is further ORDERED that the motion is otherwise dismissed as unnecessary.
