Motion by Tracy Landow on appeals and cross appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, both dated September 14, 2018, which were dismissed by decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 14, 2018, and an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the same court, dated August 7, 2018, for leave to reargue and renew prior motions for a stay which were granted to the extent that the Nassau County Treasurer was stayed from distributing any of the money held in escrow in the above-entitled matter, except for the sum of $128,673.50, payable to Kenneth J. Weinstein, P.C., pending hearing and determination of the appeal and cross appeal from the order dated August 7, 2018, and, upon reargument or renewal, to direct the distribution of the sum of $3.5 million from escrow or another sum deemed appropriate.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
