Motion by James Dicerbo, Dianne Dicerbo, Alexandra Dicerbo, and Matt Dicerbo to extend the time to perfect their appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered March 2, 2018, and to consolidate their appeal with an appeal by Deutsche Bank National Trust Company from an order of the same court entered May 24, 2018, or to hear the appeals together. Application by Deutsche Bank National Trust Company to withdraw its appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the application, and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application is granted and the appeal from the order entered May 24, 2018, is deemed withdrawn; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to perfect the appeal from the order entered March 2, 2018, is granted and the time to perfect that appeal is extended until April 11, 2019; and it is further,

ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
