| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered March 18, 2009, to extend the time to comply with a decision and order of this Court, which, upon remitting the matter to the Supreme Court, Kings County, to afford the defendant an opportunity to move to vacate his plea, directed that any such motion to vacate the plea be made within 60 days after the date of the decision and order.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appellant's time to make a motion to vacate the plea is extended until April 10, 2019.
