| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent Althea Davis to enlarge the record on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 12, 2018, to include certain material and to extend the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to serve and file a brief is granted, the time of the respondent Althea Davis to serve and file a brief is extended until March 28, 2019, and the brief of the respondent Althea Davis shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
