| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the plaintiff-respondent, inter alia, to extend the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated January 18, 2019.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the plaintiff-respondent's time to serve and file a brief is extended until March 25, 2019, the plaintiff-respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date, and the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the defendants third-party plaintiffs-appellants' time to serve and file a reply brief is extended until April 9, 2019, and the reply brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
