| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to stay the sale of the subject premises and enforcement of an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered April 30, 2018, pending hearing and determination of appeals from the order and judgment and two orders of the same court both dated September 12, 2017, and to consolidate the appeal from the order under Appellate Division Docket No. 2017-11561 with the other two appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay the sale of the subject premises and enforcement of the order and judgment is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is granted and on or before April 5, 2019, the appellant shall correct the covers of the appellant's appendix and briefs to add Appellate Division Docket No. 2017-11561 and serve and file a supplemental appellant's appendix containing the order dated September 12, 2017, under Appellate Division Docket No. 2017-11561 and the notice of appeal from that order.
