| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to extend the time to perfect an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated March 2, 2018, and a decision dated February 6, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal from the decision is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that no appeal lies from a decision (see Schicchi v J.A. Green Constr. Co., 100 AD2d 509); and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appellant's time to perfect the appeal from the judgment is extended until April 9, 2019, and the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted.
