Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue the appellant's prior motion to recall and vacate so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 18, 2018, as dismissed an appeal from a decision of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 25, 2017, and to reinstate the appeal, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 4, 2019.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
