DECISION AND ORDER

ON MOTION


By order dated March 16, 2018, appellant was granted poor person status and assignment of counsel, to be represented by Elena Defio Kean, Esq. By letter dated November 9, 2018 by Ms. Kean, she requested to be relieved of the assignment due to appellant's failure to communicate with counsel. By decision and order dated December 6, 2018, counsel was relieved of the assignment. Thereafter, by letter dated December 11, 2018, appellant was directed to perfect the appeal by January 7, 2019. Appellant failed to perfect the appeal or seek a further extension of time to do so.

Now, therefore, upon the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed.
