ORDERED
that the motion is granted only to the extent that counsel is assigned for the purpose of moving for an enlargement of time pursuant to section
850.11 (c), of this Court's Rules of Practice, and it is further
ORDERED that Aaron A. Louridas, Esq., 25 Egmont Court, Delmar,
NY 12054, 518-598-7695, is assigned to represent appellant for that purpose, pursuant to County
Law § 722, and it is further
ORDERED that in the event the motion for an enlargement
of time is denied, the appeal will be dismissed.
