Motion by Jose Pulistar for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated August 6, 2018, and to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action, pending hearing and determination of the appeal. Application by Jose Pulistar pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.9(b) to extend the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further,
