DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated May 30, 2018. The respondent-appellant was granted poor person relief on September 20, 2018, and the following named attorney was assigned to prosecute the cross appeal:
