In the Matter of Marta A. Miszczak, respondent,

v Eva M. Szymanik, appellant.

(Docket No. O-29506-15)

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals by Eva M. Szymanik from two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, both dated July 12, 2018. By scheduling order dated January 29, 2019, the appellant's time to perfect the appeals was extended until February 25, 2019. The appellant has failed to perfect the appeals.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.3[b][2]) and prior order of the Court.

BALKIN, J.P., ROMAN, MILLER and CHRISTOPHER, JJ., concur.
