DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Abdou Thior from an order of the Family Court, Dutchess County, dated October 2, 2018. By scheduling order dated January 23, 2019, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal was extended until February 27, 2019. The appellant has failed to perfect the appeal.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.3[b][2]) and prior order of the Court.
