DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered November 30, 2016, and for leave to inspect the grand jury minutes.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is granted, the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged, and the reply brief submitted to the Clerk of the Court is accepted for filing and deemed timely served; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to inspect the grand jury minutes is denied.
