Motion by the appellant to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 22, 2018, which dismissed appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, both dated February 27, 2017, for failure to timely perfect, and to extend the time to perfect the appeals.
