CIn the Matter of Aaron D. Frishberg, a suspended attorney:

(admitted as Aaron David Frishberg) The petitioner's motion for reinstatement (M-744) is denied without prejudice to petitioner filing an application for reinstatement that fully complies with the requirements set forth in 22 NYCRR 1240.16(d) and the format prescribed at Part 1240, Appendix D. Any such application for reinstatement shall also include proof that petitioner has fully satisfied the August 2016 fee arbitration award of $4,385, together with interest, obtained by a former client or an explanation as to why the award has not been satisfied. The Committee's cross motion (CM-901) is granted to the extent of denying petitioner's motion, without prejudice. No opinion. All concur.
