Motion by the appellant pro se, inter alia, for leave to prosecute appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated January 20, 2017, and November 6, 2017, as a poor person.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied as academic as the appeal from the order dated January 20, 2017, was dismissed in part by a decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 27, 2018, and was otherwise deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a), and the appeal from the order dated November 6, 2017, was dismissed by the decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 27, 2018.
