Motion by the appellant, in effect, to recall and vacate so much of an order on application of this Court dated February 11, 2019, as amended February 21, 2019, which granted an application by the respondent pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.9(g)(1) to extend the time to serve and file a brief on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, both dated February 13, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
