| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Steven J. Maffei, who was appointed by decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 4, 2017, as inventory attorney for the files of Alan Ross, admitted as Arkady Dynin, a disbarred attorney, to authorize the destruction of files contemplated by the court-ordered inventory that have been earmarked for destruction and for which his inventory responsibilities have been fully completed.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that Steven J. Maffei is authorized to destroy, by incineration or shredding, any files contemplated by the court-ordered inventory that have been earmarked for destruction and for which his responsibilities as inventory attorney have been fully completed.
