DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Mental Hygiene Legal Service, counsel for the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated October 26, 2018, to be relieved and for the assignment of new counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition orin relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and Mental Hygiene Legal Service is relieved as counsel for the appellant, and is directed to turn over all papers in the matter to new counsel herein assigned; and it is further,

ORDERED that pursuant to Mental Hygiene Law § 10.13(c) and County Law article 18-B, the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to prosecute the appeal:

and it is further,
