Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue the branch of the respondents' prior motion to dismiss appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated November 1, 2017, and from an undated order of the same court, for failure to timely perfect, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 11, 2019, and to extend the time to perfect the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
