| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent for a preference in the calendaring of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered August 30, 2018, for leave to serve and file a supplemental record containing the respondent's memorandum of law and the appellant's reply memorandum of law, and three letters of counsel (two dated June 27, 2018, and one June 29, 2017), concerning the motion which resulted in the order entered August 30, 2018, and to extend the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appeal will be calendared expeditiously; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before April 18, 2019, the respondent shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the respondent's memorandum of law and the appellant's reply memorandum of law, and three letters of counsel (two dated June 27, 2018, and one June 29, 2017), concerning the motion which resulted in the order entered August 30, 2018; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is extended until April 18, 2019, and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
