| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT |
Motion by Richard T. Harris for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Mr. Harris was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on January 18, 1995. By opinion and order of this Court, dated February 17, 2016, Mr. Harris was suspended from the practice of law for a period of three years, effective March 18, 2016, based on five charges of professional misconduct.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is held in abeyance and the matter is referred to the Committee on Character and Fitness to investigate and report on Richard T. Harris's character and fitness to practice law.
