ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 14, 2019, in this matter on an appeal from an order of the Surrogate's Court, Suffolk County, dated June 29, 2018, is amended by deleting from the caption thereof the name "Frank Moore, Jr.," and substituting therefor the name "Elizabeth N. Moore, etc."
