Appellants having moved for permission to file a corrected brief on the appeal taken herein from an order of Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Erie on November 20, 2017, and respondent having applied for an extension of time to file and serve a respondent's brief,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion and application, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that appellants' motion is granted, and the corrected brief shall be filed and served on or before March 25, 2019, and
It is further ORDERED that respondent's application is granted on condition that respondent's brief is filed and served on or before April 18, 2019, and the Clerk is directed to accept the brief for filing.
